How to apply to Douglas College
- Step 1: Find your program:
There are more than 100 undergraduate and graduate programs offered by Douglas College. Choose the program of your choice from those available to international students.

- Step 2 – Check requirements:
Once you select your choice of program, then check the deadlines and admission requirements to apply for overseas students at Douglas College.
- Step 3 – Check program availability:
Please make sure the program you picked to apply for is available or open before applying.
- Step 4: Apply online.
It is recommended that all international students apply at least six months before the start of their program of choice.
To apply at Douglas College, you must pay the admission application fee of $100 CAD (non-refundable), and the student must provide all supportive documents when submitting the application.
The application will not be entertained if the student fails to submit all supportive documents.
- Step 5: Receive an Offer of Admission:
If the student satisfies program admission requirements, an offer letter will be issued within five working days. It will include instructions on accepting your offer and a deadline to pay your tuition fee.
- Step 6: Accept the Offer and receive a Letter of acceptance (LOA):
Post payment of the tuition deposit, your seat will be reserved in the college for your program choice. After submitting the tuition fee, you will be issued an LOA or confirmation of enrolment.
- Step 6: Apply for a Study Permit and prepare to arrive

Regular deadline to apply for enrolment into regular Academic/Career/ESL programs:
